Mission Statement: what we are doing today
Equipping individuals and organizations with concrete, effective practices and tools to:
understand the objective reality and prevalence of being ‘fragile’ and suicidal through data,
complete and follow a personal mental health wellness/safety plan,
openly and capably discuss suicide and the creation of a “suicide-free” zone with family and friends, and
recognize and confidently respond to those in emotional pain,
in order to reduce instances of suicide and to support those who are emotionally fragile before reaching a suicidal state.
Vision Statement: the change we pursue for tomorrow
Saving lives by creating a wide-scale network of individuals equipped to guide people out of emotional darkness.
why “march 4warD”?
March 4 is the only date of the year that is also a command: Go. March Forward. It is also the birthday of the founder’s son, who took his life in 2017 - and so we learn to follow the command of the day on which his life began. We March 4ward.
